Suggestion: add “Recent actions” toolbar to Ribbon UIs apart from “Quick Access” and “Search Commands”

Apart from the “Quick Access” toolbar on Office ribbon (and on Win7 apps if they have such), I’d like to see a “Recent actions” one too:

A "Recent Actions" toolbar would be working like a queue showing icons for the most recent actions, with new items being added to its right side and pushing all items to the left side of the bar, with older ones being removed from it (for Left-To-Right [LTR] locales if the toolbar is at the right hand side it could be reversed in order). The toolbar could have a resizable length to let the user visually define how many actions it remembers (and start with some preset length when the app is first installed).

In the past I had suggested to Microsoft to add a search by name widget to Office UI and was glad to see Office Labs later on adding Search Commands to Office ribbon. Sending MS this suggestion too, who knows they might implement it in Office 2012 or as an Office Labs add-on for existing Office (post ribbon UI) versions.
