For a healthy life

  • Say no to alcoholic beverages (can still drink a glass of red wine now and then)
  • Eat lots of fresh vegetables
  • Prefer full-grain bread (unless you’re allergic to it)
  • Eat lots of fruit
  • Avoid sweets and sugar in general
  • Prefer olive oil for salads and cooking
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Eat fish often
  • Cut off cigarettes
  • Get some exercise (take some longer walks)
