Vista Start menu: Run… command

You may have noticed at Vista’s "Start menu" that the "Run…" command is missing. You may not miss it, since you can do most of its functionality using the "Search" area of the Start menu, but if you do miss it, you can make it show up again by right clicking the Start menu button and selecting "Properties", then select "Customize…" and put a checkmark at the respective checkbox.

Now, suppose the "Run…" dialog had a checkbox saying "Run as administrator", wouldn’t that save you from opening a command prompt as an administrator when you want to bypass the UAC (User Access Control) restrictions of Windows Vista to install some legacy application etc.?
