NetBeans 6.5 has been released

At last, NetBeans 6.5 IDE (and the respective Platform) has been officially released! Now with support for PHP and JavaScript debugging too and enhanced Java and C/C++ programming support. Also supports Groovy and Ruby, has Ajax editing features, improved support for using the Hibernate web framework and the Java Persistence API, and tighter GlassFish v3 and MySQL integration. Also very important is that it now has a GUI builder for Swing (not sure how it compares to Eclipse’s Matisse though).

It will detect earlier versions of NetBeans and offer to import their settings (Java platforms installed, libraries etc.) which is very helpful.
